The Lang Team of Pillar To Post has been operating locally out of Upland since 2004. We perform in the Top 10% of all Pillar To Post franchises throughout the US and Canada.

We are looking for a seasoned Home Inspector to plug right into our busy schedule! DO NOT apply if you do not have any experience. If you've been operating as a solo Home Inspector and would like consistent work, you could join our Team and be compensated for clients you bring to us that you have worked with in the past once you join our Team.

Job Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.


• Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service. Must love working with people


• 
  Advanced knowledge of residential home systems and components
  
  
  
  • Must add a resume and state in your resume your home knowledge or experience
  
  
  • Membership in ASHI, interNACHI or CREIA is required
  
  
  
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Great listening skills


• Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers


• A great attitude, good presence and energy


• Integrity and strong work ethic.  Punctual and ability to work unsupervised


• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance


• Must be willing to travel as far as Beaumont, Temecula, Los Angeles and the High Desert


• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl spaces, enter attics, as well as stand for long periods of time


• Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam


• Required to authorize background and driving checks


• Available to work every Saturday
