Position Description:
Responsible for completing administrative technical reviews of residential appraisals for the Home Loan Department to ensure reports are compliant with regulatory guidelines. Review appraisal documents, requesting revisions from the appraiser as needed, and communicating review results to the Home Loan Officer and the Appraisal Review Committee. Reinforce processes that provide assurance that loan approvals are supported by qualified collateral being taken on real estate secured loans. Such processes will include evaluation of valuation provider, credit level review of valuation reports, monitoring, loan production methodologies, and resolving issues concerning the valuation differences. Completes most levels of residential assignment, both complex and non-complex. For this to be possible individual must exhibit working knowledge of F&M and Secondary Market Collateral guidelines. Contribute to an exceptional experience for the customer when working with F&M.
