Blueprints is hiring a Home Ownership Counselor.  

Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Social Services Field.

This position will assess the immediate needs of our participants and provide the necessary information and referral to eligible clients about our programs and services.  One must possess knowledge of current available resources in the community that relate to our participants.  This position will provide housing counseling to households in the areas of budgeting, credit counseling, predatory lending, pre-purchase, post-purchase and foreclosure.
