Job Summary: The Home Repair Administrator is a supporting role, reporting directly to the Home Repair Director. This role does not have any AAHH Staff as direct reports. This position will handle communication and maintenance of new applicants and approved Partner Families in the ARCHR/AAHH Home Repair pipelines, process applications for ARCHR Disaster Repair Program and AAHH Home Repair Program, maintain required documentation for ARCHR/AAHH Home Repair Grant reporting and communicate with ARCHR/AAHH Home Repair Program stakeholders to effectively serve AAHH Partner Families. This position is a dynamic role that may see essential duties change over time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Pipeline
Act as primary point of communication for applicants and approved Partner Families in ARCHR and AAHH Home Repair(HR) pipeline.
Acquire needed documentation to process new applications for ARCHR/AAHH HR Programs.
Create and maintain ARCHR/AAHH HR Partner Family digital and hard copy job files.
Input approved Partner Families into Donor Perfect.
Provide information to other AAHH departments regarding partner families moving through project stages in ARCHR/AAHH HR pipeline.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Projects
Assist with progress tracking Home Repair projects to insure timely completion and fulfillment of program goals.
Communicate with Subcontractors regarding invoices and necessary program documentation.
Assist with providing Volunteer Management proper volunteer needs to support Supervisors.
Assist Project Supervisors to schedule Core volunteers and welcome volunteer groups when needed on-site.
Work on ARCHR/AAHH HR projects when needed.
Program
Work in conjunction with Home Repair Director and other AAHH Departments to maintain current and accurate program data sources.
Work in conjunction with HR Director to acquire and maintain required documentation for ARCHR/AAHH HR grant reporting.
Attend ARCHR/AAHH HR Operations Team meetings and provide meeting summary to Home Repair Director.
Assist where necessary in other Construction Services activities.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Commitment to the mission and values of AAHH.

Ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical processes, funding requirements and relationships to complete projects on time and on budget.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with spreadsheets, Microsoft Office software, and construction project management programs.
Preferred
Professional experience with Habitat for Humanity.
Strong team orientation with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated skill in managing subcontractor relations for a nonprofit organization.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The work is done inside an office setting as well as outside on a construction work site. Office work to be based initially at ARCHR Warehouse and Offices located at 21 Westside Dr., Asheville NC 28806. Office location could change based on the future of AAHH Administrative Office located at 33 Meadow Rd., Asheville, NC. Construction sites may result in exposure to dirt, dust, dampness, construction debris, extreme temperatures, construction noises, fumes and odors from construction materials. This is a full-time exempt position requiring some availability outside of 7:30am-4pm work day.
Must be able to:
Stand or walk for the majority of a workday, including working on uneven surfaces.
Work in office at desk for the majority of a workday.
Apply extensive physical mobility, including reaching, lifting, holding, pushing and pulling, carrying, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, crawling, kneeling, arm and leg extension.
Regularly lift 10-50 pounds.
See and judge distances and space relationships.
Independently operate motor vehicles.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and own reliable transportation with current insurance.
