Management Responsibilities
- Lead weekly Sales Team Meetings
- Attends all EOS meetings and follows processes & procedures and company directives.
- Maintain information in Builder Trend (CRM) and hold the sales team accountable for their information.
- Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs.
- Oversee time management for all direct reports, as well as conducting yearly reviews.
- Prepares weekly status updates for management team meetings for all projects.
- Approve pricing quotes for remodel using the internal pricing model. Assist in pricing of Custom Homes.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Help Determine/Set the yearly marketing budget in collaboration with the Integrator.
- Manage the third-party marketing relationship and help drive increased leads.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to attract new clients.
- Assist in creation and printing of open house brochures/handouts, etc.
- Use as needed other online marketing tools: Houzz, Zillow, MailChimp
- Responsible for all company lot and house signs
- Assist with marketing campaigns
Sales Responsibilities
- Cultivate sales leads via phone, email, website, open houses, realtors, and personal contacts.
- Schedule and show custom model homes to prospects.
- Explain how the company designs and builds custom homes to prospects.
- Follow established construction standards and best practices for consistency.
- Current Roland Built home with modifications.
- Plans provided by a prospect either from a plan website or architect.
- From scratch to meet the requirements of the lot/land
- Present and Review pricing, specifications, and contracts with clients
- Promote and Connect clients with outside designers for interior selections.
- Collaborate with outside draftsperson for plan updates and present revised plans to clients through the design process.
- Review and help clients make exterior selections.
- Obtain homesite reservations, collect checks and provide to admin.
- Attend Pre-Construction meetings for all custom homes to share about the client and any specific requests the team should be aware of.
- Review Builder Trend Custom Home project setup for accuracy.
- Obtain allowance pricing from Roland approved vendors for final customer pricing.
- Attend rough-in walkthrough with client and subcontractors for continuity.
