National handyman/senior home care services company seeks experienced Home Technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in Northern NJ territories covering locations in Essex, Morris, and Union counties, with potential future expansion.

If you have 5 or more years of paid, hands-on experience in general contracting or handyman work, and live in New Jersey we want to hear from you.

TruBlue of Morristown and Montclair is a Home Ally Service company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with bonded and insured technicians, giving our customers peace of mind. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments for seniors aging in place, and regular recurring maintenance.

We are looking for a seasoned Technician with a good cross-section of the following experience:

Bathroom repair, upgrades / remodel

Drywall repair / patching/ caulking

Flooring repair and installation

General carpentry

General home repairs and handyman work

Senior home safety devices - grab bars, ramps, etc.

Kitchen repair / remodel

Minor plumbing and electrical

Painting interior and exterior, siding repair

Deck repair

Smart home features / installs

The appropriate candidate for the Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Licensed tradesperson preferred, but those candidates seeking a license are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal citizen of the US, and speak fluent English. Background check required.
