Home Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Support Workers to provide in-home care and assistance to clients in Howell, MI. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence within their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.


• Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.


• Assist with light housekeeping and errands to maintain a safe and clean living environment.


• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.


• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure quality care and safety.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Howell, MI.


• Background check and relevant certifications as required.
