Must be flexible on time, Schedule depends on visits/events and business demands. PG 10

Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. 

Job Summary: Provide home visit services, curriculum delivery, data collection, program pre-and post-testing, and function as program/community liaison in any programmatic group settings. You will report to the Director of CVA.

 Primary Tasks:

1.       You will conduct meetings to introduce/provide ongoing information.

2.       Provide curricula in home visit settings and group family training, offering clients full range of ready-to-use program referral network services.

3.       Serve as a contact for clients and represent them to internal and external sources of assistance.

4.       Collect data by pre- and post-compile in simple reports for submission to Program Director.

5.       You will prepare and maintain all required records and reports.

6.       Maintain confidentiality of records relating to home visits, clients, and identification.

7.       Attend curricula training and attain certification within allotted timeframe.

8.       Assist the Program Director with outreach education promoting the program.

9.       You will support the implementation efforts of new program.

10.     Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and two [2] years of experience with early childhood development, OR six [6] years of experience with early childhood development in lieu of education.

·         Maintain curricula Certification

·         Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Excellent computer and customer service attitude

·         Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of participants
