Homecare Nurse (Lpn Rn) | Immediate Openings

IMMEDIATE NEED for CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCED  PRIVATE DUTY NURSES (RNs & LPNs) to provide 1-on-1 in-home Private Duty Nursing care to our pediatric & adult patients who require continuous care treatments resulting from any number of their underlying chronic conditions, diseases, illnesses, or injuries. These patients receive anywhere from 8 to 12 to 24 hours per day of nursing interventions 7 days a week.

Patient Assignments with Open & IMMEDIATE care needs are listed below. 

AUGUSTA, GA PATIENT - 6 mo old baby boy; GTube, Trach, Vent

NEEDS - Day OR NOC Shift (8 - 12 hrs), 32 hrs per week of open available, Day Shift = Sat & Sun (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)  NOC Shift = 4x nights/wk 

HEPHZIBAH, GA PATIENT - 24 yr old female; GTube, Trach

NEEDS - Day Shift (8 hrs/day x 7 day/wk), M-F (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM); Sat & Sun (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

APPLING, GA PATIENT - 23 yr old female; GTube, Cardiac Monitor 

NEEDS - Day Shift- TH, F, SAT, SUN (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

               NOC Shift- TH, F, SAT, SUN (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

Optional Mid Shift - M-F (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM), SAT & SUN (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
