Location: Hoboken, New Jersey

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $110,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist looking to make a direct impact in patients’ lives—right in the comfort of their homes? We are seeking skilled and compassionate Homecare Physical Therapists to join our team in New Jersey!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Previous home health experience preferred (but not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills
