Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Supervisor to oversee our in-home care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homecare supervision and a thorough understanding of IDOA programs, including the Medicaid Waiver. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support homecare staff including personal care aides and homemakers

• Coordinate and monitor client services to ensure compliance with IDOA and Medicaid Waiver program requirements

• Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with IDOA standards

• Ensure quality of care and client satisfaction through regular home visits and follow-ups

• Manage scheduling, staff performance, and incident reporting

• Serve as a liaison between the agency, clients, families, and case managers

• Stay current on IDOA regulations and best practices in homecare delivery

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in homecare or case management

  • Strong knowledge of IDOA programs and the Medicaid Waiver system

  • Experience supervising staff in a healthcare or homecare setting

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in documentation and reporting

• Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • IDOA Certification (e.g., CCP, Homemaker Supervisor, APS certification, etc.)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual Preferred.
