Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that suit their preferences and budget.


• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally.


• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.


• Meet or exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.


• Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or leasing is preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.


• Must pass the background check and drug test.
