Are you an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership and closing skills? Priority Honda Roanoke is looking for a motivated and driven Sales Desk Manager to help lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and guide the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction

• Assist in desking and finalizing vehicle sales

• Monitor and manage daily sales operations, ensuring process compliance

• Mentor and coach sales associates to grow their skills and performance

• Work closely with the finance and inventory teams for smooth operations

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Experience with CRM tools and desking software (Dealertrack, VinSolutions, etc.)
