What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the service process


• Keep customers informed and impressed every step of the way


• Write accurate repair orders and keep techs moving efficiently


• Recommend maintenance and repairs with authority


• Build lasting customer relationships through trust and results

What It Takes

• Service Advisor / Writer experience required — no beginners


• Valid driver’s license with clean record required


• Strong communicator with top-notch organization skills


• Customer-first attitude, accountability, and follow-through


• Basic mechanical and computer knowledge


• Saturday availability
