Horticulture/Grounds Maintenance Working Supervisor

Breezy Point Resort is looking to fill a full-time year-round position in our Horticulture/Grounds Maintenance department.  We are seeking energetic skilled individuals that can thrive in a fun fast paced environment to maintain and improve our landscaping and grounds.   We offer competitive benefits which include medical, dental, vision and paid time off with great resort discounts.

Requirements

• Plan day to day scheduling of staff
• Work with staff to identify areas of concern and work to get them fixed.
• Mow and Trim grass, hedges, shrubs and small trees, maintain and plant flower beds. 
• Ability to repair and maintain grounds and common areas around the resort.
• Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns.
• Weed and mulch landscapes.
• Water flowers, lawns, landscapes.
• Plant flowers, trees and shrubs and remove dead damaged trees or shrubs.
• Snow removal in the winter months.
• Monday-Friday with occasional weekends  
• Typical hours are from 7 am to 4:30 pm daily.
• Must have a valid driver's license.  
• Must be willing to complete a background screening.
