Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:       Waterbury Region and surrounding areas

Status:           Full Time 4 day work week

Schedule:      Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri -  11 am to 8 pm

Bonus:           $10,000 sign on bonus

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

Whether you’re experienced in home health or transitioning from hospital, acute care or skilled nursing, this role offers the chance to practice at the top of your license with greater flexibility, autonomy and meaningful 1:1 patient relationships.

Position schedule may include a backup for a day on the weekend and/or holiday rotation every 2- 3 months.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program, BSN preferred.

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.

• One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse

• Home care/Hospice experience preferred but not required

• Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
