About Hospice Care Partners

Hospice Care Partners (HCP) is a Medicare-certified hospice agency based in Irving, Texas. Our aides are at the heart of the care we provide, bringing comfort and dignity to patients at home, in assisted living, and in nursing facilities. We are expanding into North Dallas and are looking for dependable aides who live in or near the area.

The Role

As a Hospice Aide, you will provide hands-on personal care to hospice patients on scheduled visits in the North Dallas area, following the plan of care set by the nursing team, and reporting any changes in condition to the RN.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, and repositioning


• Support patient comfort and dignity at every visit


• Observe and promptly report changes in condition to the RN


• Document each visit accurately and on time


• Be a calm, respectful presence for patients and families

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas CNA certification in good standing, or equivalent hospice aide training and competency documentation


• Experience in hospice, home health, or long-term care preferred


• Dependable, on time, and comfortable working independently


• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance


• Located in or near [North Dallas / Richardson / Plano / Garland]


• Ability to safely lift, turn, and reposition patients using proper technique

Our Hiring Process

Phone screen, then an in-person interview at our Irving office. Conditional offers are followed by reference checks and onboarding paperwork.
