• Call Coverage: Symptom Management

• Call Response Time: 15 -20 mins

• Support Staff: 4 APPs, RNs, MSWs

• Duties:

- Admissions and Recertification visits

- Medication Prescribing

- Collaboration with RNs on Patient Needs

• EMR: Epic

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OR License and DEA

- must have WA license and DEA as well (For Telehealth)

• BC

• BLS
