What You’ll Do

• Steer Multi-Site Performance – Partner with branch leaders to meet quality, census, and financial goals.


• Own Compliance & QAPI – Lead survey readiness, data-driven improvement plans, and board-level reporting.


• Advance Education & Innovation – Design system-wide training and roll out new clinical initiatives that set the bar for hospice excellence.


• Serve as Nursing Supervisor & Alternate Administrator – Ensure seamless leadership coverage and license integrity.


• Model Purpose-Driven Leadership – Foster an engaged, compassionate culture that attracts and retains top talent.

What You’ll Bring

• GA-licensed RN with 2+ years hospice leadership


• Track record of QAPI success and regulatory/compliance wins


• Passion for adult learning and clinical staff development


• Authentic, empowering leadership style that turns vision into action


• Comfortable traveling regionally (mostly day trips; occasional overnights)


• Bonus: CHPN certification
