Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing guidance and comfort during challenging times.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with individuals seeking spiritual guidance
- Present sermons, prayers, and religious services
- Plan and coordinate events such as religious ceremonies and gatherings
- Provide crisis management support during difficult situations
- Offer bereavement support to individuals and families
- Administer spiritual care in hospice settings
- Engage in public speaking engagements on spiritual topics
- Write and deliver inspirational messages and materials
- Educate individuals on religious practices and beliefs
- Demonstrate leadership in guiding others through spiritual journeys

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Chaplain or in a related spiritual counseling role is preferred
- Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Proficient in crisis intervention and bereavement support techniques
- Skilled in public speaking and delivering impactful presentations
- Ability to write effectively for various audiences
- Demonstrated commitment to educating others on spiritual matters

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
