About the Role
Build relationships that expand access to compassionate hospice care while growing your career with an organization built for success. As a Hospice Client Support Executive, you'll promote, educate, and market Optimal Care’s hospice services while serving as a trusted liaison between the organization and healthcare referral partners. You'll develop meaningful partnerships with physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers to increase hospice referrals and ensure patients receive the support they need. This position aligns closely with industry-standard roles including titles such as Hospice Sales Specialist, Hospice Care Liaison, Hospice Business Development Coordinator, or Account Executive, Hospice Services. Candidates with experience in these positions will find their skills and expertise transferable as they build relationships, drive hospice referrals, and promote Optimal Care’s services.
This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, community engagement, and driving growth. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your existing healthcare connections while continuing to expand your network through strategic outreach, education, and partnership development. With a competitive base salary, unlimited incentive potential, career ladder opportunities, data-driven territories, a strong orientation program, and the support of an experienced post-acute leadership team, you'll have the tools and resources needed to succeed. As a key member of the growth team, you'll educate referral sources, identify new opportunities, coordinate communication throughout the referral process, and provide ongoing value to healthcare partners while helping expand access to high-quality hospice care for patients and families.
