Overview

Strong Force Staffing is the exclusive clinical search partner for a leading hospice provider in Henderson, NV. Were helping them hire a Hospice Clinical Director (HCD) who can step into a key leadership role, driving high-quality, compassionate end-of-life care while ensuring operational and regulatory excellence.

This is a W2, direct-hire opportunity with a respected, patient-centered organization. Youll work alongside executive leadership and guide a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to uphold the mission of dignified, in-home hospice care.

Who Were Looking For

This role requires direct hospice leadership experience. To be considered, candidates must meet one of the following:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Hospice Clinical Director (HCD)

  OR

• At least 2 years as an Assistant HCD (Assistant Clinical Director in a hospice setting)

Please note: RN Case Managers, Team Leads, or Supervisors without prior HCD or Assistant HCD titles will not be considered at this time.

Your Impact

• Lead clinical operations for a thriving hospice program

• Develop and implement care delivery protocols and compliance standards

• Hire, onboard, and support clinical staff

• Monitor care quality, documentation, and team performance

• Ensure alignment with CMS, Medicare, and state hospice regulations

• Champion a culture of compassion, clinical excellence, and trust

Minimum Requirements

• Active RN license (Nevada or compact)

• Meets HCD/Assistant HCD experience requirements (see above)

• Proven leadership and team development abilities

• Deep understanding of hospice regulations and Medicare compliance

• Strong documentation, auditing, and communication skills
