As a Clinical Team Assistant for our Hospice Team to serve as the first point of contact for patients, families, and referral partners. In this role, you will manage incoming referrals, helping to ensure a seamless onboarding experience onto our services. The Hospice Clinical Team Assistant plays a critical role in supporting timely access to care by efficiently reviewing referral information, verifying eligibility, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams This position is fully onsite 40 hrs per week in our office location in Norwell, MA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation:23.00/hr. - 28.00/hr.
