Hospice Director of Nursing (RN)

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our hospice clinical team in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on quality, compliance, and clinical excellence, with a strong emphasis on people-first culture and mission-driven care.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all clinical operations for our hospice program
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead, train, and support a team of hospice RNs and care staff
• Partner with executive leadership to drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Serve as a resource to field staff, families, and referral sources

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Texas
• Prior leadership experience in hospice or palliative care (required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills
• Passion for end-of-life care and a commitment to compassionate service
