Hospice Evening Nurse

Reports To:  Evening Shift Supervisor

Job Description Summary

The Hospice Evening Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to hospice patients during evening hours. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive compassionate end-of-life care in their preferred setting.

Job description:

We are in need for a Full Time Evening Hospice Nurse, join our wonderful team. The shift will be for Monday - Friday, evening shift (4pm - 12am). This professional nurse will be available to manage patients acute symptoms and perform routine and/or assessment visits. Qualified candidate will be an RN. Great benefits and pay.
