Hospice Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support services under the supervision of our patient care managers


• Deliver personal care, including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily living activities.


• Meets safety needs of patient and uses equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.).


• Assist patients and their families in achieving physical and emotional comfort as outlined in the patient's care plan.


• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.


• Assist with mobility

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions and established routines


• Customer service-oriented attitude


• 1+ years of hospice or home health experience is preferred.


• HHA certified (training may be available)


• CNA certified 


• Current CPR certification preferred.


• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license.


• Reliable transportation and agency-required auto liability insurance.
