Hospice Nurse

A hospice nurse provides compassionate, patient centered care to individuals with life limiting illnesses. This role focuses on comfort, dignity, symptom management, and emotional support for both patients and their families. Hospice nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive high quality end of life care in accordance with their wishes and care plans.

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.

• Experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, or critical care preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting individuals at the end of life.

• Reliable transportation for home visits if applicable.
