Haven Home Health & Hospice is looking for a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team in a unique 7-on/7-off on-call position. This role is perfect for RNs seeking a predictable rotation and meaningful work that honors the dignity of every patient.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients during their final journey

• Work overnight weekday shifts (5 PM–8 AM) and 24-hour shifts on weekends/holidays

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Collaborate daily with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and more

• Support families with education, empathy, and guidance

• Supervise LPNs and hospice aides as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in Missouri (in good standing)

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience

• Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a heart for hospice care

• Willingness to travel up to an hour from your home

• Comfort with technology for documentation and communication
