We're scouting for: A compassionate, dedicated RN Case Manager who's got a knack for making patients feel at home, whether they're in their own homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities. If you're a hospice or home health Jedi with a valid GA RN license, valid state driver's license, and a year of experience under your belt, we want to talk to you!
