Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Executive Director for an established hospice organization in Stockbridge, Georgia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead an established hospice organization serving approximately 100 patients
• Direct operational strategy, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes
• Partner with an experienced interdisciplinary leadership team
• Drive census growth while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
• Executive leadership opportunity with autonomy and organizational influence

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
• 10% Annual Bonus Opportunity

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Leadership Position
• Executive Management Schedule

ROLE
• Lead all hospice operations and strategic initiatives
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational planning
• Ensure compliance with Medicare hospice regulations and accreditation standards
• Develop, mentor, and support interdisciplinary leadership teams
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Support admissions, business development, and census growth initiatives
• Report directly to the Governing Body

• Minimum 2 Years Hospice Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Registered Nurse REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Hospice Regulations REQUIRED
• Experience Leading Clinical Teams, Budgets, And Operations REQUIRED
• Proven Leadership, Communication, And Team Development Skills REQUIRED
