We are now hiring a Registered Nurse within our Hospice division. This RN position is flexible, part-time and perfect as an additional revenue stream.

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Complete ongoing assessments of the patient’s physical status and the psycho-social status of the patient/familyInitiate and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), the patient/family, and the attending physicianProvides education and interventions to support the effective management of the patient’s pain and other physical symptoms as well as assesses the patient/family’s response to intervention and treatmentEnsures that equipment, supplies, drugs and biologicals, and other necessary items and services are availableMake necessary revisions to the IDG plan of care as the patient’s/family’s status and needs changeCompletes accurate and timely documentation of patient/family services providedRegularly attends IDG meetings







Registered Nurse Requirements

Registered Nurse with active, unrestricted license in the State of MichiganAt least one (1) year of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse (required)One (1) year of management experience (preferred)One (1) year of home health experience (preferred)Current CPR CertificationCommunity health and a wide range of Medical-Surgical experience (preferred)Reliable transportation with a valid state driver's license and current car insurance
