Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, biomedical engineers, procurement departments, and other key decision-makers.
Develop strong knowledge of hospital equipment, including medical devices, diagnostic equipment, ICU equipment, OT equipment, patient-monitoring systems, laboratory equipment, and other healthcare solutions.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of quotations, tenders, technical documents, and commercial proposals.
Monitor distributor sales performance, inventory, product movement, and market coverage.
Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
Qualifications:
Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5 – 7 years of experience in medical equipment, hospital equipment, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare products, or a related industry.
Strong relationship-management and key-account management abilities.
Leadership and team-management skills.
Must have personal vechile.
Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially focused.
