Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Finance Director for a hospital leadership opportunity in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead the Finance Department while reporting to executive leadership
• Direct departmental operations, budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
• Oversee internal and external audits while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Join a 199-bed acute care teaching hospital committed to operational excellence

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time Leadership Position
• Up To 20% Travel

ROLE
• Lead financial operations and departmental performance
• Develop strategic goals, budgets, and financial initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Manage hiring, staff development, evaluations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Partner with hospital leadership to support operational and financial objectives

• Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Or Equivalent Experience REQUIRED
• Previous Team Leadership Experience REQUIRED
• Understanding Of Healthcare Regulatory Compliance (HIPAA) REQUIRED
• Strong Financial Management, Budgeting, And Operational Leadership Skills REQUIRED
• Healthcare Finance Experience Preferred
• Staff Management Experience Preferred
