Length of Assignment:	Night shifts are 7P-7A Rounding shifts are 7A-7P Admitting shifts are 10A-8P Location 1 9/16 - 9/21 - Nights 9/28 - Nights Location 2 6/29 Nights 6/30 - Rounding 7/7 – 7/8 - Midland Night 7/10 - Rounding 7/13 - 7/14 - Midland Admitter 2 (10a-8p) 7/11 - 7/14 - Rounding 7/27 - 7/28 - Rounding 8/11 - Midland Admitter Location 3 7a-7p w/on call at night 7/6 – 7/11 7/14 7/24-7/25 7/28 9/1 9/8 9/15 9/19 9/22 9/28
Credentialing Timeframe:	Typically 30 days but applications are prioritized according to start date
Work Schedule:	Night shifts are 7P-7A Rounding shifts are 7A-7P Admitting shifts are 10A-8P
Patient Volume:	Location 1: 325 beds Closed ICU, intensivist available 24/7 Average census around 20 patients each Location 2: -80 beds -Average census around 45-50, 15-18 per provider -Open ICU, pulmonologist available 24/7 Location 3: 49 licensed-bed hospital Average PPD 12-15 Provider will take call overnight Must be experienced and comfortable rounding on own
Procedures:	o Cases/Procedures: Bread and butter hospitalist No procedures o Clinical support: APPs - No Supervising
EMR:	EPIC/Dragon
License Needed:	Must have MI license or they will consider IMLC
Certifications Needed:	BCIM - asking if they will accept BCFP - waiting to hear on this** ACLS ACGME approved Residency
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:

Other additional pertinent information:	o Case Logs: 50 inpatient logs within the last 12 months (must be able to present and send over for verification)
