Job Description - Hospitalist/ED Hybrid - Washington

Facility Type:	25 Bed - Critical Access Hospital
Provider Profession Needed:	MD
Specialty:	Hospitalist/ED Hybrid
Start Date:	11/28
End Date:	12/1
Length of Assignment:	3 days
Credentialing Timeframe:	2-3 weeks
Work Schedule:	24 hour shift - 12 PM - 12 PM
Patient Volume:	Average daily census: ranges from 8-20, can consistently be above 20. 24 Hr Shift/On Site (typically 12-15 hr. shift + night call) Admits and Rounding Shifts are 12pm - 12pm (last day handoff can be between 12-3pm)
Procedures:	25 bed critical access Hospital, Hospitalist service (by RPG) 7 ICU beds PROCEDURES: emergent intubations preferred, pulmonary function test Level 4 trauma center Average daily census: ranges from 8-20, can consistently be above 20. 24/7 call coverage ED run by Schumacher
EMR:	Cerner with Dragon dictation
License Needed:	WA License active
Certifications Needed:	Board Certified - Clean History
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:	Must be able to do the ED Procedures

Other additional pertinent information:	2 year experience required NO NEW GRADS
