Ben Bridge Jeweler's store in Bellevue Square is seeking a Hospitality and Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Hospitality & Guest Experience Specialist serves as the first impression of Ben Bridge Jeweler, creating a warm, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest who enters the store. This individual is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, supporting client engagement efforts, and partnering with the sales team to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is energized by interacting with people, passionate about delivering personalized service, and committed to maintaining the high standards of excellence associated with the Ben Bridge brand. This role combines luxury hospitality, client service, event support, administrative responsibilities, and operational assistance to enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Duties:
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Welcome and engage guests upon arrival, creating a positive and memorable first impression.
- Provide personalized introductions and transitions between clients and sales professionals.
- Offer beverages and hospitality services to ensure guest comfort throughout their visit.
- Manage guest flow and appointment scheduling to maximize service efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a luxury environment that reflects the values and standards of Ben Bridge Jeweler.
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Assist with guest inquiries and concerns in a professional, timely, and solution-oriented manner.
- Support clienteling initiatives by maintaining accurate guest profiles and CRM information.
- Help strengthen client relationships through follow-up communications, outreach efforts, and appointment coordination.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and personalized client journey.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Assist with CRM management, data entry, appointment tracking, and other administrative tasks.
- Order, organize, and maintain hospitality supplies and operational materials.
- Ensure refreshments, client amenities, and presentation areas remain fully stocked and impeccably maintained.
- Support reporting and other administrative duties as assigned by store leadership.
Visual Presentation & Merchandise Support
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of the sales floor.
- Support merchandising initiatives, display installations, and special promotional setups.
- Restock merchandise and supplies as needed while ensuring store standards are consistently maintained.
- Participate in maintaining an organized and professional store environment.
Events & Community Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events, client experiences, promotions, and community outreach activities.
- Assist with event preparation, guest coordination, hospitality, and follow-up activities.
- Serve as a brand ambassador during events and client engagements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Plus minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, concierge services, or a related client-facing role preferred.
- Experience working in a luxury environment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create meaningful guest connections.
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of luxury jewelry, watches, and premium brands is preferred.
Working Standards and Expected Schedule:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is a must.
- Availability for special events, client appointments, and peak selling periods is required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stop, reach, and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods.
- Ability to perform duties associated with event setup, merchandising, stocking, and hospitality services.
Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
