Job Summary:
The Hospitality Center Assistant Manager creates a smooth, efficient, service-oriented guest experience center environment. A successful candidate is able to prioritize, multitask, problem solve and ensure that the team is held to the highest standards. The HC Assistant Manager supervises guest experience center staff and reports directly to the HC Manager. This candidate will support and manage expectation of the HC team and drive to exceed goals while providing best-in-class hospitality experience.
