Our restaurant is busiest over the hours of 11am-2pm and we are looking for people that want to work but are just looking for a small commitment their schedules.

Our Hospitality experts are the key to creating the warm and caring environment that so many of our guests appreciate. Every guest who walks through our door or comes through our drive thru, represents an opportunity to connect personally and show care through our interactions. Behaviors like creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, addressing guests by name, and saying "my pleasure" make our guests feel valued and seen. We serve our guests with excellence when we give our best effort to meet their dining expectations by providing a clean and safe environment, attentive and friendly service, surprisingly fast service, and flawless order accuracy. Consistently meeting our guests' expectations with excellence is an exciting challenge we take on together every day. At Chick-fil-A, we also believe that when we exceed expectations through behaviors like holding doors, carrying large orders to cars, clearing trays off a table, surprising a child with a mini-cow, or engaging a guest in genuine conversation, we have the ability to spark joy in their hearts for the rest of the day. Our hospitality experts consider it a privilege to ensure that our guests leave happier than when they first arrived at our store.

Position Type:

• Part time: We call this our mini-shift where we need help over our peak hours of 11-2/3pm.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Available for at least 15 hours a week
• Consistent and reliable
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task under pressure
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors at any point in the year
