WorkNomads is looking for a committed Hospitality Operations Coordinator to join our homebase in Sofia.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to assume the important role of our WN Operations Manager's right hand. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Dare to have a mission:
• Attends daily operational meetings for Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Restaurant team
• Monitors the implementation of assigned tasks by the hotel teams and informs about any irregularities and non-compliance with deadlines
• Assists in the administration of activity reports, financial reports and schedules on a weekly and monthly basis
• Responsible for the ordering, distribution, reporting and control of hotel supplies
• Actively participates in the process of preparing and operationally support events at the hotel and restaurant
• Guarantee smooth workflow of Coworking space
• Taking care for nomads accommodation and their excellent experience at the hotel
• Well-being of the hotel and its guests are a top priority
• Interested in the latest trends in the hospitality business with a view to offering improvements in the guest experience at the WN LAB hotel
