What you will do...
Visit hotel clients based on operational needs
Carry out client activities/requests as assigned by manager
Build positive relationships with Team Members (housekeepers) placed at hotels
Attend housekeeping morning meetings on a regular basis
Support safety initiatives
Assist with the coordination of the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process (offer, pre-hire, onboarding, training, etc.)
Contribute to various administrative tasks, as assigned by manager
Ensure appropriate operational administrative functions meet company standards
Deliver support to the daily workflow of the office: copying, scanning, uploading, calling, storing information, etc.
Support the branch recruiting strategy (Housekeeping, F&B, and other line-level positions)
Support system maintenance
What can you bring...
+2 years of supervisor, manager or inspector experience required (preferably housekeeping)
Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Experience managing personnel
Excellent computer skills with the willingness and ability to learn new technology
Great organizational skills and detail oriented
Fulfill daily assignments without extensive supervision
Extraordinary customer service skills
Hotel (preferably housekeeping) or staffing experience preferred
