The Retreat, Hospice by Saad is seeking a warm hearted professional individual that will create a warm and inviting welcome to all patients and visitors, and to ensure that all visitors and telephone calls are greeted professionally and referred quickly and appropriately.
Some duties will include:
Answers the telephone promptly, screens all calls and refers accordingly. All calls are handled in accordance with Saad Hospice Phone Standards. If calls are placed on hold, respond and clear the call as soon as possible. All clinical patient calls are forwarded to the appropriate triage nurse. Greets all customers and visitors and refers them to the appropriate person. Provides quality customer service and is cordial and polite at all times. Take messages correctly and deliver them promptly. Follows all departmental and agency policies and procedures, and complies with the Saad Hospice Standards. Is responsible for knowing the work schedule, observing work hours, and maintaining a good attendance record in accordance with Saad Hospice Attendance Standards. Perform other tasks as directed.
