Job Summary

We are growing and looking for a full-time recruiter supporting our Hospitality Staffing Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract and recruit highly qualified talent, working closely with Campus Recruiting, with focus on Culinary, Diverse recruitment.
• Leverage the understanding of employment market to communicate market trends
• Utilize valuable perspectives on how to best source and assess talent.
• Establish positive relationships with internal customers, internal associates applying and external candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.

You will be recruiting for the following Positions:

● Servers

● Events

● Bartenders

● Dishwashers

● Cooks

● Chefs

● Captains

● Models

Responsibilities:

● Ability to multitask and work well in a busy environment,

● Team player

● Must be friendly, cheerful, and have great Hospitality and customer service skills.

● Positions require the capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

● Candidates must be comfortable working independently on job assignments with little supervision

● Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish
