Hospitality/Offsite Maintenance

Scope Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hospitality/Offsite Maintenance to join Lupoli Companies. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to perform various maintenance tasks across multiple properties. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and a commitment to completing assignments thoroughly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, minor repairs, general cleaning (interior/exterior), and floor care.
• Complete preventative maintenance in adherence to established procedures and recommend improvements as needed.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance work orders promptly, ensuring high service standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure site safety and operational efficiency.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance services.
• Maintain professional communication with commercial tenants, management, and vendors.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Develop and implement site-specific hospitality-focused maintenance programs.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in a maintenance-related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hospitality or commercial property setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
