Requirements

More than traditional skillsets or expertise, we’re looking for people to join our team who are compassionate, kind, and sincere. People who are excited about learning and passionate about creating, who take pride in what they do and work hard at it, who naturally, innately value taking care of others. We can train you to do most everything else, but those other talents, those instincts, are invaluable, can’t be taught, and are exactly what we’re looking for.

Ideal candidates are comfortable working in an often fast-paced environment, who enjoy engaging with customers and being a part of a team, and who possess strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. We're looking for energized, passionate, and driven individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

• Previous restaurant and hosting experience preferred, but not required
• Open and flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Organized, quick thinking, and adept at multitasking
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• A positive attitude and high energy level
• Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment
