District 37 Kitchen & Taphouse is a brand-new restaurant that has opened in North Tonawanda! 

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individuals to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list.
• Provide accurate wait times and  communicate any delays to guests.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand area.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers. 
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Must be at least 18 years old 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
