About the Role:

Join Latuli Foods LLC as a Host, where you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests to an unforgettable dining experience. In this vibrant atmosphere, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for our restaurant while ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and inviting demeanor.

Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials and promotions.

Assist in managing wait times and communicate effectively with guests.

Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Uphold company standards for customer service and hospitality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant operations.

Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.

Latuli is a new upscale restaurant located in Memorial that promises a refreshing interpretation of Gulf Coast food, enriched with robust Texas flavors and a touch of global inspiration.

Our guests, whether they live steps away, inside The Loop or in Katy, should recognize this place as their own. It has a menu that is both elevated and recognizable.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
