About the Role:
Join Latuli Foods LLC as a Host, where you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests to an unforgettable dining experience. In this vibrant atmosphere, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for our restaurant while ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and inviting demeanor.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials and promotions.
- Assist in managing wait times and communicate effectively with guests.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and hospitality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a host or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with reservation systems and restaurant operations.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.
