Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Restaurant Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a smooth dining experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently

- Provide menus and inform guests about specials

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service

- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner

- Uphold the restaurant's standards of service and hospitality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service
