Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
   
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure optimal dining room flow.
   
• Communicate clearly with service and management teams regarding table status, special requests, and member preferences.
   
• Escort members and guests to their tables and present menus when appropriate.
   
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished host stand and entry area.
   
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.
   
• Assist with coordinating special events, banquets, and private functions as needed.
   
• Thank members and guests sincerely as they depart, ensuring a lasting positive impression.
   

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a hosting, hospitality, or customer-facing role preferred.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
   
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Calm, positive demeanor with a strong commitment to member service.
   
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support overall dining operations.
   
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
   
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining areas as needed.
