The role of a Host is to delight our guests, be the face of the company, and ensure a smooth dining experience from the time someone walks into the restaurant to the time they leave. What you will do:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure a smooth and organized dining room flow.
Communicate effectively with servers and management to balance table assignments and maintain accurate wait times.
Provide guests with menus, answer basic questions about the restaurant, and ensure guests feel welcomed and attended to from the moment they arrive.
Maintain the host stand, reservation system, and waiting area while delivering professional, polished first and last impressions for all guests.
