Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Maintain professional relationships with team members and guests
• Handle guest complaints and ensure quality service
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Answer phones, take messages, and manage To Go/Delivery orders
• Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Common sense reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
